Cancel within 1 hour
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, completely free. Just email support@emilybasics.com and we will take it from there.
After 1 hour
After that window, orders move into our fulfillment system and can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, see our Return Policy and Refund Policy for your options once it arrives.
