How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
You will get a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number email once your order ships. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, check around your door and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 48 hours, email support@emilybasics.com.
How do I wash my Emily tank?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, ideally in a mesh laundry bag. Skip the fabric softener and bleach, and never tumble dry. Reshape the built-in lining while damp, then hang or lay flat to dry.
What is your refund policy?
Sizing issues are handled with our 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee: a free replacement in the right size, nothing to post back. Faulty, damaged, or wrong items qualify for a free replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
