Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will get a confirmation email when you order and another with tracking details when your parcel ships.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Delays can occasionally happen for reasons outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you.

A tracking number is emailed after dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not there, check around your door, with neighbors, or wherever the carrier usually leaves packages. Parcels are sometimes marked delivered early. If it has not arrived after 48 hours, email support@emilybasics.com. If tracking confirms correct delivery but the parcel is missing, report it to the carrier and your local police. We are not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. Mistakes can be fixed by email before shipping, but not after. A parcel returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped once free of charge. After a second failed delivery, further shipping costs fall to the customer.
