Contact us before sending anything back. Email support@emilybasics.com with your order number and details of the issue. Returns require our approval first. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

Working out the best option

Once you contact us, we will recommend the best path: our 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee, a replacement, a refund, or another option that fits your situation. We may ask for a photo of the item, especially for faults or damage.

Return conditions

Reach out within 90 days of delivery.
Approved items must be unused and in original condition.
Returns must use a tracked shipping method. Keep your proof of postage.
Refunds and replacements are confirmed once the return is approved and, if applicable, received and checked.
